As per
reliable source Assam Congress has secretly lent support to an independent candidate, one Naba
alias Hira Sarania whose ST certificate is false as he does not belong to Boro
Kachari community, but Sarania Kachari community which is not notified as ST
under Art. 342(1)(2) of the Indian constitution, hence general caste and also a
high ranking member of banned anti national organization ULFA without valid
surrender certificate who is believed to be involved in the heinous crimes like
Dhemaji bombing case, etc. He is likely to maintain some of his followers under
his command with sufficient un-surrendered weapons. He is fielded by Oboro
Organisation (non tribal or non Boro) whose sole aim is to destroy the Boro
community and their tribal area 6th scheduled administration and
there by snatch the political rights and power in 5 Kokrajhar ST reserved Lok
Sabha constituency for non tribals as publicly expressed as their agenda. To
achieve this goal of the Oboro organization (non tribal organization) under the
leadership of ULFA candidate it is capable to strike any violence. In the day
of polling his henchmen destroyed 9 EVMs in Gossaigaon sub division and one
Police personal was killed by his men in the village known as Tulsibil
mistakenly presuming him as a Boro. Unfortunately he was a Karbi man. After the
polling day the killing of eight persons in a single family believed to be the
supporter of BPF may be the handy work of the henchmen of the ULFA leader as
the Oboro organization punished their people for supporting BPF party or
becoming a member of the BPF party with so much of hatred that some of them
were killed also. Thus the Balapara killing incident may be investigated in
this angle. It is to be noted that this is not NDFB operative area.
The
Narayanguri incident is in Manas National Park area. In this area also as
reported in the media time to time that ULFA and other extremist organizations
are moving freely besides NDFB. The ULFA and other extremist organization under
the command of ULFA leader Hira alias Naba Sarania are also capable to strike
such incidents to achieve their goal, i.e. the goal of Oboro Organisation to
destroy the BTAD 6th schedule tribal administration and introduce
Panchayat administration for General area and thus to snatch the political
rights and power from the reserved ST constituency on the plea of serious law
and order breakdown.
BPF may not
dare to indulge such an act on the minority community keeping in view of their
support in coming Assembly election. It is the anti tribal Oboro Organisation
who is major gainer from such incidents. Whatever they demand the government
readily conceded like promising to hold Panchayat Election within 2014 and
providing arms to the villagers of the particular community, employment in
Police and employment in Forest for the particular community besides adequate
monitory compensations to the victims family. Thus there may be a deep rooted
conspiracy to achieve the goal of Oboro Organisation to destruct the tribal
political organization and tribal political institution and establish the
general political institution which is anti constitutional move.
It is also to
be investigated how the victim’s habitation reached the interior place of the
Manas National Wildlife conservation park. The forest minister is liable to
clarify why the unqualified persons are allowed to settle in the forest area
violating the forest dwellers Act 2006.
From a
reliable source it is known that the ULFA leader Hira alias Naba Sarania the
Oboro supported candidate was called by two Assam prominent Congress ministers
having alliance with BPF to Dispur some days before the polling day. The
investigation may bring out the mystery of this secret meeting whether there is
any link of this meeting with the Narayanguri killing incidents. As the Oboro
Organisation is being maximum benefited from this incident to achieve their
goal, so also Congress is utilizing the incident as being happened out of
Narendra Modi’s anti illegal Bangladeshi infiltrators stand and polarizing the
minority votes for the BJP in the remaining constituencies elsewhere in India.
The tribal body welcomes the seizure
of illegal arms from any extremist group, be it Boro or Non Boro in BTAD and
entire Assam. The Govt. should clearly specify their policy in this matter. The
body also expresses their objection for supply of arms to the villagers of the
particular community or the village defence party of the village of the
particular community. It is also to be seen whether such publicly promise can
be made by the head of the Govt. while the election model code of conduct is
still in force.
